It carried Bharadwaj in, while two of the others dragged in Volescu.
 The dialog from the trailer was,
 "What the hell, you could have killed me!"
 "There was a chance, yes. But everything turned out fine."
 Where from the book did anything like that happen? Before you go
correcting me, know that I've read these many times.

I skimmed "All Systems Red" last night and believe that you are correct.   I did not find the throw through the door event.  I guess that the show and the book are going to have differences.
I saw it elsewhere that the entire first season is going to be "All Systems Red".  Lots of stretching and new events might be required to make that happen.
