The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet - A short review

I am glad the google groups at least has the some of the old stuff in it. I see that this book had been lightly discussed years ago.
Whilst in Hawaii, I read "The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet". It had the potential to be really good. Or really smutty. But for me it was just "meh".
