You don't need error bars becuase those fugures indicate a distribution.
The file are log-normally distributed wth given means and median. So the spread is part of that data.
(Strictly you do need N to assess the significance, but it's got to be one in a fazilion, the null that there is no difference at all in file sizes between the platforms doesn't have a prayer. Unless you argue that because the files came from one machine each, N is actualy 1).
