 A tow hitch has the capability to damage greatly another car when reversing in a parking, and you have to pay expensive damages. So, it makes parking more difficult and dangerous.

What's ironic here is that there are essentially no trucks sold today that actually have a hitch.
The have a receiver that the buyer can use to ADD the actual hitch, and those hitches can be of multiple types.
Just like you can use the USB port of a smartphone for multiple purposes.
