You were invited by the administrator of the group.
In Spain, it is a criminal offence to be added to a group without permission.
If it is in WhatsApp, you may get the name of the individuals in gray (besides the number), if they are not in your contact list.
I didn't know about Spam chat groups.
You might block the administrator, and then he can not add you again.
