I've turned the off for a bit, willcheck later if they've been changed, or whether a reboot changes them ...

2. Do you have any idea how to spoof the Wi-Fi location data?
 Note: I have no idea "what" these spoofing apps do to Wi-Fi location data.
Do they require settings under "Developer Options"?
