There are many system monitor apps that will show all running processes on Android.
In recent Android versions, for these apps to fully work, you will need to initially connect your Android device to your PC then run ADB to enable the needed permissions.
The app that I use is apparently no longer available from the Play Store. It is Simple System Monitor, v. 3.7.5, available here:
