Your dentist checks your bp?  Mine checks my wallet.
BP, blood oxygen, and temperature.  They'd been doing BP for some time.
Strange for a dentist to do that.

The temperature scan is a leftover from covid. The pulse oximeter may have
been covid too, I can't remember.
Almost definitely covid.  I had covid for a few weeks, and we bought one to keep tabs.  My O2 level stayed very high, like 97%+, but many victims had low O2 levels.

55 is good for a man of your advanced... programming skills.
I think it may have something to do with a compulsion to walk up hills.
Same here!  We visited Salt Lake City, and drove by a small mtn and I spotted a likely path up.  I climbed and climbed and climbed until it got so steep (maybe 75*) I couldn't go any higher.

I've been doing that since I was in grade school. My peak is dropping. The
fitbit came up with 182 one time and I called bullshit on that. 145 is
sustainable.
Monday the fitbit also decided I had swam for 2900 yards.
Were you at least in the bathtub?

I think the
algorithm needs a little work. Then somewhere in the middle of the hike it
decided I really was walking and switched to miles. The total came out to
about 5 miles which is about right.
That's a good hike for any age.

It's an interesting gadget but I really don't care to be radio-collared by
google.
My wife bought me a Halo View, but I haven't tried it yet.
