It's not what needs to be said.  It's what needs to NOT be said.  Nobody
needs an explicit "code of conduct" to guide their behavior (or face
increasing levels of penalties as judged by The Council...ooohhh!!!).
And nobody needs to be told a computer OS website and conference events
are "welcoming nurturing safe spaces for everyone".

gag.  Contributions by females, queers, jigs and disabled people have
always been welcomed in software... on the technical merits of the
contributions.
 
But overwhelmingly, straight White males have created the world's
computer technology, and apparently that FACT needs to be "corrected" by
shoving blue-haired dykes in our faces.  Pathetically, the straight
White males that started these distros and technologies are social
weaklings, and are allowing DEI and woke sickness to be plastered all
over their distros.
