I wonder if that guy realized what kind of trouble he might put himself in if he publicly exposed a loophole in Florida's legal system. These people are so sad.
No loopholes exist.
He lied on his passport application when he said he was female. The govt incompetently accepted that lie and put it in his record. Then he lied to the Motor Vehicle dept when he said he lost his driver's license.
