Russell's post you were replying to was outlandish, whatever he thinks
of Mr. Lewis's band is just further exhibition of over the top
rhetorical use of language.  He's on a bad trip.

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
