ccmake lists all the options with their descriptions, and lets you go
through and examine/set them.

But that uses ncurses.  Furled Fart hates ncurses, or so I'm given
to understand.

 
Or you can just look in the CMakeLists.txt files. They’re much easier to
understand than an automatically-generated configure script.

Or there's cmake-gui -B <build-path>

I wasn't going to tell him, though, until he asked nicely.  Nice
