Listen up, distro lackeys.  You are about to witness the
ultimate GNU/Linux process list.

GNU/Linux is a simple OS -- intentionally so.  There is
no great mystery to its operation.

When I boot, I boot into a bash shell.  From there I can
start X Window or do other things.

Check out my process list immediately after I boot:

  PID TTY      STAT   TIME COMMAND
    1 ?        Ss     0:00 init [3]
  110 ?        Ss     0:00 /sbin/udevd --daemon
  174 ?        Ss     0:00 syslogd -m 0
  176 ?        Ss     0:00 klogd -c 3
  191 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/sbin/gpm -m /dev/input/mice -t imps2
  197 tty1     Ss     0:00 -bash
  205 tty1     R+     0:00 ps ax

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

Wha!  Whoa!  What!

That's all that is required to boot into a totally
functional GNU/Linux system.

Heck.  I could easily eliminate the udevd daemon but the
goddamned, fucking, retarded assholes at freedesktop.org
have made libinput, and hence udevd, absolutely mandatory
for X Window.

Those mutherfuckers should be shot.

What does *your* immediate post-boot process list look
like?

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

FIFTY THOUSAND FUCKING LINES of totally useless garbage
is my guess.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

My advice to ALL distro lackeys is this:

Please apply for physician assisted suicide.  It's
legal in a lot of countries.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

Brother, if you are not rolling your own distro,
then please hang yourself.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!
