I'm not very comfortable with the prehistorical units you are using.
They change with context, but I'd say it's something like 3.5 km. It's
something like half an hour walking or fifteen minutes running (a few
years ago during my military service, I ran the cooper, so 3200m, in 12
minutes). You are proud of that? You stop just when it started? Are you
that feeble? How could you harm anyone with so little capacities?

Today on my bike (no motor, nothing except my legs) I just complete
226km. It took me a little bit more than 10 hours (I don't include the
time I spent eating) it's not fast but unlike your joke, it's real
exercise.
