To All Those Who Build The Kernel

Kernel 6.9.x has a new build option:

CPU_MITIGATIONS

Be sure to set this to "FUCK NO!" when building the kernel:

CPU_MITIGATIONS="n"

This will disable ALL those ridiculous hardware mitigations that
seriously degrade performance.

Previously, the kernel command line parameter "mitigations=off"
could be used but having this baked into the kernel code is the
best way.

Distro lackeys, of course, are using a kernel that is literally crippled
with sundry mitigations.  Tough luck, suckers.

Make GNU/Linux Great Again!  Quash those stupid mitigations!
