Apparently Biden thinks that when he was vice-president Obama sent him to
Detroit to do something or other about the pandemic. Just more making up

Don't you remember that there was a swine flu outbreak during the Obama/Biden
term? And also an outbreak of Zika? Not to mention Ebola, though of little
consequence in the US.

Obama/Biden provided a pandemic handbook to the Trump/Pence
maladministration.  Which was ignored.
