Well, Jeff does have a point as one can get influenced by money.
So a useful question here is what is a common sense threshold where amounts under that are unlikely to have potential influence/bias?
A simple dollar threshold?  Or does it make more sense to be expressed as exceeding some percentage of one's savings?
Because its pretty ridiculous for someone to have to say "I'm forced to say 'yes I own big Pharma' because I have 1 share of Pfizer, worth $30".
Similarly, even if its 100 shares ($3000), if the total portfolio portfolio is 100x larger, its still just 1%: not a big mover.
