That one? Wise choice. What could go wrong with an AI powered browser
owned by the Chinese?
I thought Opera was still based in Norway. It looks like I'm about 8 years
behind the curve on this one.

That said, I think I would rather have the Chinese government spying on me
rather than the CIA, NSA, etc. via U.S. social media sites.
How about neither?
Not going to happen. But what's the Chinese government going to do to me?
I'm more worried about what my government is going to do.
Well, they might label you as an anti-Communist threat and hunt you down
the moment they invade and take over the United States. It seems
unlikely until you realize that they already have sleeper agents in the
country who can easily take down the vulnerable grid using a few EMPs,
and how America has already bankrupted itself militarily by supplying
all of its weapons to Ukraine.
China is basically a materialistic country. Their prime object is to make
money and the United States is one of their biggest customers. I don't think
they want an empire, just like Russia doesn't want an empire. I'm more much
worried about the people running the United States. They're the crazed ones.
They're the ones pushing for the New World Order, where we'll all be eating
crickets, own nothing and "like it."
The media has been telling me that China's economy is doing very poorly,
and that if America just continues, it will eventually go bankrupt and
adopt capitalism. Of course, they also thought that Russia would go
bankrupt and that the current war of attrition will lead to a Ukrainian
victory. I'm starting to wonder if the media is ever right about anything.
In their attempt to isolate Russia, the "West" is isolating themselves.
BRICS will soon have almost all of Africa and South America, most of Asia
(including China and India), most of the Middle East (including Iran and
Saudi Arabia) and most of Eurasia. In out attempt to isolate Russia we're
destroying the PetroDollar and we're cutting ourselves off from most of the
world's oil and gas production, most of the world's natural resources, and
the biggest industrial countries (China and India). Almost all trade between
Russia and China used to be done in dollars (and our country got its "vig"
from every exchange) — now almost all trade between Russia and China is done
in rubles or yuan. Russia and China have created bank exchange mechanisms
that no are longer dependent on the "West" controlled SWIFT system. Biden's
puppeteers aren't exactly brilliant. Their sanctions have hurt Europe and
us.
Europe is basically irrelevant now, and the U.S. is swiftly following them
into the swirling toilet of Woke suicide.
When the war started, people with common sense were already saying that
there was no way it was going to end well for Ukraine or for anyone who
decided to get involved. The right thing to do would have been to stay
out of it, let Ukraine realize that it couldn't win, have them make a
deal with Russia and spare itself massive casualties. So, obviously,
Boris Johnson needed to tell them to stick with it and the Woke
countries of the West had to pump up the country with a ton of money,
probably hoping that their populations would clamor to send soldiers
too. All our leaders saw were military industrial complex dollar signs,
and it didn't matter to them one bit that such a conflict could result
in World War 3 and the oblivion of every living thing on Earth.
