While I don't really agree with the rest of the post, yeah .NET is kinda
bad.
Python 3.11 was released in October of 2022, 3.12 in October of 2023. The
releases are once a year in October so 3.13 is in beta and will be
released this October. It might take Gentoo a couple of years to catch up.
