I don't think there is a VS Code version for my Android phone, let alone a
C compiler or Python 3.12 install.

About all I use the phone for is Slack, a geocaching app, the Fitbit app,
and a step counter. Oh, yeah, as a receiver for the stupid 2FA pins.
My work can largely be done with a phone, but it's still nice to have
the Linux box when I'm settled at home, at my desk. A laptop would be
useful when traveling for multiple days, but one more thing to keep
track of as I was doing so. It's hard to say that I'd really need it,
I was able to post to Usenet with a phone app, on my vacation,
certainly not as good as a computer, but it goes to show it can be
done.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
