Right, the same thing that caused me to switch to Linux for two years
in 2019, Win10 being beta tested publicly.  If M$ is doing that now,
and this bug isn't just a bad one-off mistake, I am *really* glad I
already was running Linux.

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
