I've voted for Tester twice and he really has done quite a bit for the
state. The problem is he is a Democrat and I don't want to see the Senate
with a heavy Democratic majority.

He is not being completely honest about the border deal. There would have
been no problem if it was a stand-alone bill but as usual there were
several unrelated issues combined in one bill.  Congress should adopt the
Unix philosophy; a bill does one thing and does it well.
