Everything except the rice was homemade.  It was all really good.
For desert: homemade panna cotta with a blueberry sauce.  First time I had panna cotta.  It was perfect: light texture, not too sweet... incredible.
My wife swears by America's Test Kitchen recipes.  And I second that!
For the Georgia-Notre Dame game tonight, it's sweet chili garlic wings. After that it's back on my diet until I hit 200, which will take a few weeks at least.
