By refusing to address people who believe they are the opposite gender
by the pronouns associated with that gender. Also, by refusing to use
made-up pronouns like ze and zir.

What amuses me is the 'White non-Hispanic' category. Are they trying to
imply Hispanics aren't white?

 
Since Hispanics include people who have no European characteristics
whatsoever, I can imagine why they are not considered White.

That's a FHA document but I believe a similar definition applies to all
federal agencies. So, if a junta deposes Sheinbaum and she flees to the US
does that make her Hispanic?
