Some might remember that I had trouble with memory being used until swap itself was full, caused really crappy system response. This was on a mini PC (N100 CPU) running Debian Sid.
I wrote a "drop_cache" script to clean things up when I would notice the issue looming.
I suspected either Chromium or Conky, but never got to the real issue.
Now, many updates later, the problem, if it is still there, is much mitigated.
As an aside, updates come thick and fast on Debian Sid. The same with Arch.
