I broke my elbow a week ago walking back from the beer and wine store,
slipping on ice, I had figured if I weren't getting beer I'd be going
to McD's anyway, so same risk, but I sure got hit. Had surgery on
Tuesday, seems to be healing well.
Ouch!
Hope you're following a good bone-healing diet, rather than just beer and McDonald's.
