Can't say I've heard any rumbling from them ..... maybe because they are only, what, 15 - 20% of the Computing World.
 
Or is it just that I don't 'frequent' those places??

They have used 68000, PowerPC, Intel, ARM.

That gives opportunities for throwing customers
onto the side of the road.
