But how about to be programmer? Who will pay for my work?
The concept is not the same. You can be paid to work for open source
software. And you can work for free on commercial software (for example:
Microsoft MVP).

But how about poor people, who can't go to expensive restaurant?, or:
Your "or:" are similar, so I'll answer only to that one.
As a French, I have other expectations than the American moron which
message you are answering about food. Some years ago, I saw the
movie/documentary "supersize me" and was impressed. I never guessed I
would say that Mac Donald is good for American people before having saw
that movie.
In this documentary, they show what child were eating at school and I
couldn't believe it. They eat only candies, treats, chips and other
sweets, which can be nice from time to time, but certainly not as a
meal. And not as an everyday meal. So, compared to that, Mac Donald is
far better for them.
Now, I don't know how it is in USA or in Norway, but in France, Mac
Donald are not cheap restaurants. They are far from the most expensive,
but it's possible to eat better and cheaper food than Mac Donald. Now, I
strongly believe that Mac Donald products in France have a far better
quality than in USA.
