And all that means is the money is not being spent to my personal advantage.
Call me a cynic but at 87 I have seen a lot of politicians come and go.

 So The Big Fart appoints someone to shut down EVERYTHING on the basis that it will probably become obvious which bits are needed  once they are gone.
