   Long long office experience here. The rank and
   file can RELATE to drive letters, but NOT anything
   more abstract.
   This is the reality. It's OUR job to make the
   workforce efficient. The workforce is only
   JUST so computer-literate. HAVE to make it
   easy, simple. THEY will educate US, not the
   other way around.
