The delays with TSMC's Arizona plant weren't a comedy. I think half the
workforce is still from Taiwan.

  Well, communications CAN be a problem ... can't expect
 all workers to learn Japanese, Chinese or English. Some
 of the latest tech can help a bit, but it's not smooth.

 That is why god invented esperanto! Force everyone to learn esperanto, and no one can complain about being treated unfairly, and there will be universal love and happiness! ;)
