    Hey, it'd WORK - kinda smoothly.
    Backwards compatibility kinda easy.
    Also, the NUMBERS are things people can UNDERSTAND,
   unlike all the long HEX crap in IPV6
    IPV4 = unexpectedly proved a bit inadequate
    IPV6 = horrible overkill 'solution'
    IPV5 ... my proposal ... maybe the best and
   most transparent. Good for the next 50 years
   fer-sure.
