Cultures have different strengths and weaknesses, and people from different cultures sometimes have different skin tones. And people from different parts of the globe come adapted to where they are from. No way could I live at 15000 feet for example.
But acknowledging these differences doesn't make them a judgement of superiority or a racist.
Any more than people with red hair are inferior.
We can discriminate based on sound and extensive information or we can discriminate based on bigotry , fear or hatred.
But we have to discriminate. Oranges are not apples.
