      No it is not the end of DOGE because some of them are still doing
their intrusive data gathering and others have been put in charge of
agencies or established in pertinent positions in those agencies.
      These are the people who shut down USAID and tried to cut
the funds allocated by the Congress to many agencies.

So The Big Fart appoints someone to shut down EVERYTHING on the basis that it will probably become obvious which bits are needed  once they are gone.
