   However the downstream impact of "No Stupid Stuff"
   will be more profitable.
   Alas the next non-MAGA admin will instantly nuke DOGE
   and everything like it and go on a hiring and Stupid
   Stuff crusade ......
   IF Trump wants to have any "legacy" then much of this
   stuff needs to be enshrined as federal LAW, not just
   presidential directives/XOs. Laws are a lot harder
   to un-do.
