I heard tell that when the Liberal Democrat Chris Huhne arrived as a minster in the Tory/Liberal coalition he waltzed into his ministry and was given the run down on 'renewable' energy by the chief scientific officer David Mackay, showing how basically impossible his plans were.
He flounced out and was not seen again for a fortnight.
