Why don't you instead try explaining how the announcement of your
departure or the announcement of killfiling is not a form of a power
play?  You can't because you're the perfect example of such behavior.

common courtesy of letting us know he will not be posting again for a
while. I think it’s called closure.

But you could not be expected to understand courtesy nor closure. If you
did maybe you could have explained why they are less apt than your
malignant construal of Alan Browne’s departure. Posters like you make one
wonder why bother posting here at all as you embody the downfall of the
place as well as anyone.
