No. I think there is no chance AT ALL that you did that.
 Here's why.
 The first hit is this:
 'Disable the Lock Key on a Magic Keyboard (or any other key)
 Since this cannot be natively done in Mac OS, you can use an app like Karabiner Elements to do it easily. And it's free, unlike many other keyboard controlling apps. Install Karabiner and add the following rule: Lock key on Magic keyboard --> vk_none. DONE!'

Actually I did. Reread the OP where I said I found some 3rd party apps but didn't know how good they were.
