MEDIA: Tech Group Sues to Halt Impending Increases in Immigration Fees

David Sacks and Steve Wynn to buy advertisements on Murdoch's
FoxNews.COM with the likes of Mike Emmons reminding legacy American
proles in Iowa and New Hampshire that Donald Trump lowered the barrier
to entry to the Cheap Labor Lobby's scab worker import quota lottery
without converting it into a wage ordered queue:

| They also arbitrarily impose a new $600 asylum program fee primarily
| on applicants for employment-based visas when those costs were
| previously born by all applicants, according to the complaint filed
| by information technology trade group IT Serve Alliance, the
| advocacy group the American Immigrant Investors Alliance, and an EB-
| 5 investor visa applicant.

| USCIS, which is largely funded by user fees rather than
| appropriations, hasn't updated its fees since 2016. Regulations
| issued in January said current fee rates have failed to cover the
| cost of operations, specifically mandated pay increases for agency
| employees and new humanitarian burdens stemming from arrivals at the
| Southern border.
