Michael Bloomberg's guest bloggers' Andrew Kreighbaum and Khorri
Atkinson on whether Donald Trump will nominate Bill Barr to succeed
Merrick Garland at Justice.GOV and Eugene Scalia to succeed Julie Su
at DoL.GOV, how much does Amy Swonger predict each will cost Trump to
convice John Thune (or Rick Scott) to consent, and whether each
believe legacy American proles are a protected class under America's

| Bringing claims under Section 1981 has gained in popularity in part
| because it's less restrictive than measures like Title VII of the
| 1964 Civil Rights Act, the primary vehicle for workplace
| discrimination claims. Unlike Title VII, Section 1981 applies to
| smaller employers and against specific managers. And it has no cap
| on damages, while Title VII claims are capped at $300,000 in
| compensatory and punitive damages. Citizenship status also isn't a
| protected trait under Title VII.
Did NeverBackDown.ORG's Steve Cortes and Ken Cuccinelli advise Ron
and Casey DeSantis to obtain the permission of David McIntosh's
ClubForGrowth.ORG to make Trump regret deploying Jared and Ivanka
Kushner to sue for peace with the likes of Mark Zuckerberg?

They want to see PresidentTrump destroyed by any means necessary, and John Thune has promisedthem he can deliver." - Sundance
