MEDIA: Intel Loses Bid to Have Late H-1B Visa Petitions Reconsidered

| annually. The company had 467 selected in two initial lotteries.
| After a third lottery, however, an Intel attorney failed to notice
| workers selected in an online update to his account by USCIS.
