| "humanitarian parole" inflow. That inflow is mentioned in the 16th
| paragraph -- but without any numbers or mention of the pending
| lawsuits.

| House's monthly inflow up from 56,000 to roughly 140,000, or roughly
| three times Donald Trump's September 2020 inflow cited by CBS.

| Mayorkas's monthly inflow of 140,000 adds up to 1.7 million each
| year -- or almost twice the number of legal immigrants set by
| Congress for each year.
