Michael Bloomberg's guest blogger, Andrew Kreighbaum on whether
Donald Trump regrets dispatching Jared and Ivanka Kushner to Silicon
Valley to sue for peace with Mark Zuckerberg:

| It's the second time the case has gone before the Northern District
| of California, which tossed the claims in 2022 upon finding that US
| citizens can't bring discrimination claims under Section 1981 of the
| 1866 Civil Rights Act.
|
| But the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit found that US
| citizens can pursue such claims--a departure from previous court
| decisions that was seen as opening the door to other citizenship
| bias claims by other US workers.
|
| On Tuesday, Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler denied Meta's motion to
| dismiss the case, finding that the job seekers offered "more than
| bare allegations" in their complaint.

Will Trump reward Lori Chavez-DeRemer's DoL.GOV bureaucrats and
Pam Bondi's Justice.GOV lawyers who apply America's anti-freedom of
association laws and regulations to the Big Tech Bros who
discriminate against older, expensive legacy American proles for
younger, cheaper alien scab workers?

leaning immigration lawyers use a pandemic to engage in money
grubbing at the expense of American workers."" -  Jessica Vaughan
