I had to login to University of Virginia's parent website today and it

Gmail
Maps
Chrome
Drive
Calendar
Translate
YouTube
Voice
Docs
Authenticator
The thing is I use pretty much all of them on a consistent basis.
Maybe I could get rid of Calendar since I have it synced to my Apple

Drive.
Just out of curiosity, how many Google apps do you have installed on

Searching with the App Library (and whatever the feature is called where you pulled down to search—sort of iOS's Spotlight)
Google
Google Earth
Google Home
Google Maps
Google Translate
Assistant
Authenticator
Chat
Chrome
Drive
Family Link
Gmail
Voice
YouTube
YT Kids
I have most of them because I've checked out how they work for a client or three.
I actually use (on at least a semi-regular basis):
Drive
YouTube
YT Kids (and this only when my niece wants to watch
I very occasionally check Google Maps
