Hello,

Does your iPhone's Internet sometimes stop working? I tried turning off
its cell and wifi, and then turn on and off its airplane. That doesn't
fix it. I reboot my iPhone 12 mini (updated iOS), and that fixes it. I'm
wondering if you guys also run into this very rare issue too.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)
It happens occasionally. I always assumed it was because the internet
router changes its IP address every now and then and the iPhone may not
adjust quickly without a reboot. It eventually gets there.
Is there a way to release and renew IP address in iPhones like in computers?
The problems you have are network issues with a high degree of
probability. IP-adresses are allocated by the network and not the
device. If you want to change it you have to restart the device.
I have never seen such behaviour with Apple-devices in the last 18
years. Perhaps it does help if you delete your wifi-network on the
iPhone and set it up again after a restart.
I know this is guessworking but we do not know much about your situation
in your location.
