Recharge the phone every day, and you'll get about three years of use.
Which is a *lot* less than my free Android - which is still going strong.

And I have an iPhone 8 Plus that still has 99% of its original battery
capacity.  What's your point again?

Heh heh heh. The iPhone 8 Plus has a 2,691 mAh which is utter crap, Tyrone.

Why Apple puts that garbage in your *expensive* iPhone is one thing, but
why people like you who know NOTHING about Apple buy it, is something else.

If you get three years out of that laughably puny battery, you're lucky.

These bogus claims from you Apple trolls are worthless since I can claim
that my phone lasts five years on a single charge - which is just as much a
lie as Tyrone's claim that his iPhone isn't subject to battery physics.

Why is it nobody on the Android newsgroup feels the need to lie as much as
these Apple trolls lie just to defend their beloved religion to the death.

Lithium-ion batteries have a finite number of charge cycles before their
capacity significantly degrades.

The EU rules require *NEW* mobile device batteries to retain at least 80%
capacity after 800 cycles, and only Apple's *latest* phones comply.

Your piece of crap iPhone 8 Plus has a bargain-basement garbage battery.
Apple claims, for the iPHone 7 Plus the "battery is designed to retain up
to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when
operating under normal conditions."

Assuming you use 1/2 the your laughably puny garbage battery capacity a
day, that's 1000 days, which is less than three years, Tyrone.

Those are figures from Apple. <https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208387>
That you must lie to defend that garbage battery is telling, Tyrone.
