Amazon's latest hostile move, that I know about, is to eliminate the ability of book buyers to see the seller's descriptions in their list of orders. Whether I bought a book new, used, incomplete, good or poor condition, sellers descriptions that make clear what they are selling that are unclear otherwise, etc., have been deleted from your list of orders. The only time a customer can see the description is at time of purchase, if the customer doesn't now copy descriptions to their own records before purchasing.
What does this do to customers and sellers when there is a dispute about the description, a description that Amazon now doesn't allow the customer to see?
This is yet another customer-hostile move by Amazon.
Will Amazon follow this up with abebooks.com, and run that website into the ground?
