Digikey has been splitting out tariffs since 2018 which has been very
handy when I have been importing parts myself because I can compare their
rate with the rate I am paying and know if there is a better declaration
possible.

Apparently the crew at Digikey are going berserk trying to figure out the
new tariff schedules though.
