and the show has now moved on. No "Doctor Who" showrunner is

after they explicitly said they wouldn't!

They can do it in 15 seconds in the opening scene. Clara wakes up from a bad dream and Peter Capaldi walks out of the shower. Even better still they can also undo the female Master by having Danny Pink walk out of the shower and Peter Capaldi is in the downstairs too looking after their son Orson.
