since we _have_ seen Time Lords change sex and genders during

We have not seen a single Time Lord change gender ever. Doctor Who ended in 2017 with The Doctor Falls all of which depicted Peter Capaldi hallucinating that the Master turned into a woman, that he had got Clara killed, that he had got a non-existent hallucinated companion called Bill killed as well, and that the moon was an egg for a non-existent space dragon which consisted of 99% of its mass which then broke apart, let the dragon fly off with 99% of the moon's mass and in the process killed off Elizabeth Shaw who headed the UNIT base there and then reformed in exactly the same shape and with the same markings and moon buggies, rocket boosters, and laser reflector dishes in the same positions they had before, and a golf ball or two.
The moon isn't the egg shell of a giant soup dragon that flew off with 99% of its original mass, The Doctor doesn't get his companions killed and Time Lords don't change gender when they regenerate.

No. If the Time Lady regenerates into another Time Lady there is a 100% chance that the baby lives. If she regenerates into a man then there is a 0% chance that the baby lives since a man has no womb or vagina an the baby can't be fed or born.

Obviously that’s not perfect, but it’s a lot better than the 100%
death rate with humans.

You obviously do not understand statistics let alone that the enitre gestation process requires the presence of a woman.

regeneration seems to be a rare exception to the norm. Let’s
say the Time Lady remains female 80% of the time, leaving just
a 20% chance of the baby dying.

Lets say she stays female 100% of the time leaving a 0% chance of the baby dying.

 I think you’re the one showing a total failure to understand basic
biology. Once the egg has been laid, it’s no longer in the mother’s
body. That’s how egg laying works. It’s not in the mother’s body
so doesn’t matter whether she regenerates or not.

You are the one showing no idea of biology.
A woman carries many eggs in her ovaries that are formed from when she herself is a fetus. They don't form in childhood or adulthood. Where do those eggs go if she turns into a man? It not only killing off the fertilized embryo that formed from one of those eggs before it's she could form, it's killing off everything.

Look at what
happened to Star Trek TOS when they turned Captain Kirk into a woman for
just one episode. It was cancelled.

 IIRC that’s not what caused the cancellation. There were a lot
of problems with that season. That wasn’t one of them.

The same is going to happen to Doctor Whoke.

no announcement of cancellation yet.
 

Doctor Who ended in 2017. Everyone is now waiting for The Adventures of the Timeless Child Monster to be cancelled.

The audience don't want the gender and identity politics
